Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. We will however replace missing or defective items. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt of your package for us to resolve the issue.
Delays, Lost or Stolen, Damaged
Shipping may be delayed due to postal facility service disruptions caused by weather-related and other natural disasters, special events, or other changes impacting service.
When your package leaves our facility, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery, and we have no visibility on your package except for the tracking provided. Unfortunately, as much as we would love to except liability for all packages, after they have left our facility, we are no longer responsible for damaged, stolen, lost, or delayed shipments. We encourage you to contact your courier for the best options regarding your package.
Cancellation
We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it is placed. Please check your address prior to submitting your order at checkout.
