Shipping policy

Hello Hairapy Crew!

Processing and shipping times for in stock items can be up to 3-5 business days. Pick-up options will be available for those who are local. 

Delivery

When your package leaves our facility, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery, and we have no visibility on your package except for the tracking provided. Unfortunately, as much as we would love to except liability for all packages, after they have left our facility, we are no longer responsible for damaged, stolen, lost, or delayed shipments.

Where's my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. You can also track your order by logging into your SBSHairapy account or via the SHOP app. 

Where do we ship?

At this time, we are only shipping in the U.S.
